When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email address, business or organization name, service interest, and any project details you choose to share. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

I use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Submitting the form doesn’t subscribe you to a mailing list.

Website services

My website uses WordPress, Elementor, hosting and email services, and ManageWP for website maintenance. These providers may process information needed to operate, secure, and maintain the site, including technical logs, essential cookies, and backups where enabled.

I don’t intentionally use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. I don’t sell your personal information.

Information retention

I retain inquiries that don’t become client engagements for no longer than 12 months. Client correspondence and business records may be retained longer for service delivery, accounting, or legal obligations. Copies in service-provider backups may remain until those backups expire.

To ask about your information or request its deletion, use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. I may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
